Rebranding an iconic, 100 year old San Diego destination
Located on Mission Beach, Belmont Park has operated as San Diego’s only beachfront, amusement park for the past 100 years. In lieu of the destinations anniversary, it was time for the visual identity to be revamped. The goal was to modernize the brand while paying homage to the history of the park. Taking inspiration from retro skate, surf, and Southern California culture, a flexible and vibrant identity was created. Bright colors, bold shapes, and playful messaging come together to capture the energy of Belmont Park and highlight the key features that make this destination one of a kind.
